Ingredients

For the Berry Blush Cold Brew:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 3 Berry Blush tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 50 ml Boiling hot water
  • 650 ml Room temperature water

For the Iced Tea:

  • Ice
  • 60 ml concentrated pineapple juice
  • About 100 ml berry blush cold brew
  • Fresh sprigs of mint

Instructions

Making the Berry Blush Cold Brew:

  • Cut some mint leaves with scissors into a large flask or jug.
  • Empty the contents of 3 tea bags into the jug.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Pour in 50 ml of boiling hot water.
  • Stir to ensure all the leaves are submerged.
  • Add 650 ml of room temperature water.
  • Stir well and refrigerate overnight.

Making the Iced Tea:

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add 60 ml of concentrated pineapple juice and stir.
  • Pour in about 100 ml of berry blush cold brew.
  • Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint.
